When the expected response to our prayers does not come, what do you do? Do you wait on the promises of Christ, with bold and specific prayers? Do you place your confidence in Christ Himself, and trust in the one who acts-- though not always as we expect or initially want?

Are you resting your confidence in Jesus and His identity as the Son sent by the Father? Or does your faith rise and fall by the visible things and circumstances around you? Is your soul anchored in Jesus?

Do you believe the Father makes Himself known through the Son?

How do you come to Christ in your prayers? Do you cry out to Him from the heart, bold, specific, honest?

Place your deeper trust, confidence, and certainty in Jesus.
