The only appropriate response to the coming King is rejoicing. True freedom comes from belonging to God, and the joy God promises us is secured by the Lord.

Have you received the King God sent? Are you rejoicing in the freedom that comes from belonging to the Lord? Is your joy anchored in what God has already done for you in Christ?
